Custom BMS solution: a board developed around your pack
A custom battery management solution starts from the pack, not from a board catalogue. This page explains the listed boards, the general solution scope, and the facts a custom board requirement needs.
Layered pack cross-section — the site's recurring diagram motif. It is a schematic, not a photograph of a product, factory or customer project, and it is not presented as a photograph of this company's factory.

The listed boards
The company category page lists six boards and modules. A PCM for a single 3.6V cell suits small portable devices. A PCM for 3 cells at 11.1V suits three-series packs. A PCM for 4 cells at 14.8V suits four-series packs. A PCM for 6 cells at 21.6V suits six-series packs. A BMS for 4 series at 14.8V, supporting up to 10A discharge current as listed, suits four-series Li-ion packs that need fuller management. Alongside those listed boards, the category page describes a wider range of boards covering different voltages, currents and cell configurations for specific project requirements. Those are the listed boards; this page does not invent a board for a voltage, current or configuration the company has not listed.
The company describes a battery management system as the brain of a reliable battery pack, designed to improve safety, extend battery life and protect lithium batteries under different operating conditions, and describes its integrated design as enabling batteries to be used as seamless drop-in replacements for applications requiring safe, stable and lightweight lithium packs, including lithium-ion, LiFePO4 and lithium polymer chemistries. That description is a general statement about the solution scope, and this page repeats it as such. It is not a specification for any board, and no specific protection threshold, balancing current or temperature cut-off is promised on this page, because the company category page does not publish those parameters.
What a custom board requirement contains
A custom board requirement starts with the pack: its chemistry, its series count, its nominal voltage, its maximum discharge current and its operating temperature range. Those five facts determine the board's series rating, its current rating and its temperature handling. A board rated for the wrong series count will not protect the pack, and a board rated below the pack's peak current will trip under load, so both facts must be right before any other feature is discussed.
The next facts are functional: whether cell balancing is needed, whether temperature sensing is needed, and whether the pack must report its state to the device or the site. Balancing matters where series cells must stay equal over hundreds of cycles; temperature sensing matters where the pack runs warm, charges fast or operates outdoors; reporting matters where the device or the site must know the pack's state without removing it. Each feature adds cost and complexity, and each should be specified only where the application needs it.
The final facts are commercial and documentary: the quantity band, the target market's documentation needs, and the sample step. Certificates are available upon request for the exact board and pack, and the certificate set should be confirmed in documents before samples, because it can affect the board design and the schedule. Order quantities, in general industry terms, are discussed as samples, trial orders and volume orders, and this page does not present a general quantity figure as this company's policy for any particular board.
How the solution is developed
The development sequence mirrors the custom pack sequence, because the board and the pack are developed together. First, the pack's facts are fixed: chemistry, series count, voltage, current and temperature range. Second, a listed board is identified where one fits, or a custom board requirement is written where none does. Third, the board is proven with the pack as an engineering sample — protection behaviour, balancing behaviour and temperature behaviour checked under the pack's real duty, not just on a bench. Fourth, the proven board-and-pack combination is scaled to production, with the same construction at volume as in the sample. A buyer who skips the sample step transfers the integration risk to the bulk order, and this page does not recommend that.
Two cautions close this page. First, a board that protected one pack does not automatically protect another, even at the same voltage, because current, chemistry and temperature requirements differ. Second, general guidance about protection — that it matters, that balancing matters for series packs, that temperature sensing matters for demanding uses — is not a substitute for a board specification sheet. Ask for the specification sheet for the exact board and the exact pack, and confirm it in writing before samples.

How to place an inquiry, step by step
- Send the device facts. Tell us the device type, the available space (length, width and maximum thickness), the nominal voltage you need, the capacity or runtime you target, and the peak current if your device has motors, radios or heaters.
- Name the model or the chemistry. If a page on this site matches, quote its model description and listing details. If nothing matches, say so and describe the chemistry and voltage you need, so the conversation starts on the custom route.
- Confirm documents and terms in writing. Ask for the certificate set for that exact model, confirm the minimum order, the price basis and the lead time for that listing, and confirm payment and warranty terms before you pay. Terms stated for one model listing do not transfer to another model.
- Agree the sample step. Confirm whether the next step is a listed sample, an engineering sample for a custom design, or a small trial order, and what test you will run on arrival — fit in the enclosure, runtime, or peak-current behaviour.
Send all of this in one message through the contact page: device type, space, voltage, capacity, peak current, model description if you have one, and the documents you need. That is the whole inquiry — no separate form, no account, no extra step.
What to send us now
Send one message with your device type, the space the pack must fit, the voltage and capacity you need, the peak current if it matters, and the model description if a page on this site already matches. Add the documents you need — certificates are available upon request — and whether you need a listed model or a custom design. Use the contact page or write to [email protected], or call +86-755-25629920. A specific message like that is what turns a range of hundreds of models into a short, answerable question.
