Custom lithium ion battery packs: the whole range

The custom range is the centre of this site: packs designed around a buyer's device, across four chemistries, rather than a short shelf of finished goods. Start here when the device defines the pack.

Range facts. Custom range anchor: 367 parameter-level model records across 8 product lines. This overview routes you to the chemistry, voltage and application pages where a pack can actually be chosen; it does not list all 367 models individually.

A custom pack starts with four questions, and the order matters. What chemistry suits the application — LiFePO4 for storage and long cycle life, Li-ion for energy density, Li-polymer for thin and shaped outlines, NiMH for legacy voltages and simple charging? What nominal voltage does the device need, and how many cells in series produce it? What capacity, in amp-hours, gives the runtime the device must deliver? And what space — length, width and maximum thickness — does the enclosure allow? A buyer who answers those four questions has already done most of the design work; a buyer who starts from price has not started at all.

The company profile describes the service behind the custom range as OEM and ODM battery development and manufacturing: bespoke design, pre-sales quality control, free samples, scalable mass production and after-sales support. The sample step deserves emphasis. A custom pack should be proven as an engineering sample — fit in the enclosure, runtime under real load, behaviour at peak current — before bulk is ordered. Free samples, as the company profile states them, make that step cheap; skipping it makes it expensive.

Two cautions apply across the whole custom range. First, a voltage and capacity combination can appear in more than one listing with different dimensions, protection or terms, so always quote the full model description when you inquire. Second, the certificate set, minimum order and lead time stated for one listing belong to that listing only. This overview states no site-wide price or lead time, and the industry-typical order quantities discussed on the guides pages are general descriptions, not this company's policy for any particular model.

The detail pages on this site show what a finished custom listing looks like: a 12V 100Ah solar-storage pack with a metal shell, a 12V 200Ah pack with a display, a compact 12.8V 10Ah battery for camping and alarm systems, a 14.8V garden-tool pack, a 48V e-bike pack, a single 18650 cell and a wearable Li-polymer pack. Each carries its own parameter table. Read any one of them as an example of the format, not as a template whose values transfer to your design.

How to choose in this family

Fix the chemistry first, then the voltage and series count, then the capacity. Check the exact model listing for its own dimensions, protection, certificate set, minimum order and lead time — those values belong to that listing and do not transfer to other models. If no listed size fits your enclosure, the custom route covers custom dimensions and configurations; describe the enclosure and the electrical requirements rather than asking for a general price.

How to place an inquiry, step by step

  1. Send the device facts. Tell us the device type, the available space (length, width and maximum thickness), the nominal voltage you need, the capacity or runtime you target, and the peak current if your device has motors, radios or heaters.
  2. Name the model or the chemistry. If a page on this site matches, quote its model description and listing details. If nothing matches, say so and describe the chemistry and voltage you need, so the conversation starts on the custom route.
  3. Confirm documents and terms in writing. Ask for the certificate set for that exact model, confirm the minimum order, the price basis and the lead time for that listing, and confirm payment and warranty terms before you pay. Terms stated for one model listing do not transfer to another model.
  4. Agree the sample step. Confirm whether the next step is a listed sample, an engineering sample for a custom design, or a small trial order, and what test you will run on arrival — fit in the enclosure, runtime, or peak-current behaviour.

Send all of this in one message through the contact page: device type, space, voltage, capacity, peak current, model description if you have one, and the documents you need. That is the whole inquiry — no separate form, no account, no extra step.

What to send us now

Send one message with your device type, the space the pack must fit, the voltage and capacity you need, the peak current if it matters, and the model description if a page on this site already matches. Add the documents you need — certificates are available upon request — and whether you need a listed model or a custom design. Use the contact page or write to [email protected], or call +86-755-25629920. A specific message like that is what turns a range of hundreds of models into a short, answerable question.
